Memo Labs
Tools for teams that have to prove compliance on a deadline
Software company registered in France. Atlassian Marketplace Partner.
How we work
We are two senior developers. We read the regulation at the source, encode the rule, and test it, instead of shipping a checklist that looks reassuring and computes nothing.
Our products stay small on purpose. Each one answers a question that has a legal deadline attached to it, and each one keeps the record of what was decided, by whom, and when.
Products
CRA Clock for Jira
Article 14 of the EU Cyber Resilience Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, requires you to notify your coordinating CSIRT and ENISA within 24 hours of becoming aware of an actively exploited vulnerability or a severe incident, then again at 72 hours, then with a final report. CRA Clock qualifies the incident against Article 3(42), computes the three deadlines, escalates before each one, and keeps the evidence file.
A Forge app. It runs entirely on Atlassian infrastructure and makes no outbound calls of any kind.
Support
Write to contact@memolabs.dev and you reach a developer, not a queue. You can also open a request on our support portal.
Response targets, business hours and severity levels are written down in the documentation and support policy.
