weave

weave is a prototype cognitive runtime: shared team memory that lets reusable skills emerge from activity, with per-layer provenance from personal to org. I built it solo in Rust on Postgres and pgvector, exposed over MCP. It is where I work out how an organization's knowledge gets captured as facts and promoted into skills an agent can use.
